In this session, attendees will learn the typical conflicts that arise, their antecedents, and consequences. You will also be able to identify situations where avoidance may actually lead to greater conflict. This session will be led by Dr. Loraleigh Keashly, associate dean and professor in the Department of Communication and expert on conflict and conflict resolution.
