Some of the most difficult conflicts arise between instructors or mentors and their students. In this session, Dr. Loraleigh Keashly will examine both sides of these conflicts and how they first arise. From there, attendees will learn how to address these issues and how to resolve conflict from both sides. This session will also include breakout sessions and an anonymous Q&A.
