Compensation: The Graduate Ambassador program pays a direct stipend of $1,000 in the fall and $1,000 in the winter semesters for a total of $2,000. Stipend payments are made at the end of each semester (December and May).

Looking for a resume builder while earning extra money? The Graduate Ambassador program provides a platform for graduate students to share their experiences and give back to the Wayne State community. Support the Graduate School at recruitment events, network with prospective students, and share your story through blog posts and videos. Serve as a social media liaison, sharing and promoting events and content with your network. The Graduate School aims to feature at least one representative from every WSU school and college.

The Graduate Ambassador Program Committee will interview the final candidates in August. The committee will make and announce the final decisions at the beginning of the fall 2025 semester.
